1. How do I RSVP/Book a section for a party?

The easiest way to book with us is by navigating to the correct party page. There, you can find a number of available booking options, along with VIP section booking availability. After you submit your information, you should receive an email with all of the details regarding your booking!

2. Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 24-hours before without receiving a cancellation fee. If you must cancel your booking within 24-hours of the scheduled event, we reserve the right to keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.

3. Can I add people to my guest list?

Absolutely! We allow unlimited adjustments to your guest list, as long as final revisions are made within 3 hours of the party starting time. Any adjustments made after the alloted time window will need to be coordinated by your party upon arriving at the venue.

4. I didn't get an email confirmation.

If you recently booked an event with Control Yo Crowd and have yet to receive a confirmation containing the details for you and your party, please feel free to reach out to us at info@controlyocrowd.com. Please wait at least 20-30 minutes after booking to reach out to our support team.

4. Will there be a photographer at the venue?
